Penny established Visual Concepts in 1997 after graduating from Winthrop University with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Interior Design. She has solid experience with both custom new home and renovation projects from traditional to contemporary, as well as commercial projects. She is a multi-talented designer whose expertise includes both commercial and residential projects. Believing that a design project should tell a story about the client, not the designer, her philosophy is uniquely evident in her diverse portfolio. She has become a trusted voice on achieving a discerning elegance on all her projects.
